The cheese of tradition

More than half a century ago, Quesos Hnos Gamazo was born in order to make what they know best: pure sheep ́s milk cheese. There is no secret to our mastery: we continue doing what tradition says: first,we use excellent FRESH RAW MILK: we do not pasteurize so that the essence, properties, and natural flavour of the milk are not altered; and, finally,we patiently use TIME, a lot of time to let the cheese age slowly.
